Suzanne Gibson has been “awakening the potential” of Canadian non-profit organizations for over 19 years. As a consultant to more than 60 non-profit organizations, she:

	Helps new and established organizations “dream big” and unite around an idea, strategy or plan to turn those dreams into reality
	Brings her entrepreneurial flair to help organizations start up innovative new ventures that make the most of new trends and opportunities
	Helps diverse groups coalesce into strong staff and volunteer teams
	Focuses discussion to help organizations uncover solutions to complex organizational problems
	Mentors volunteer and staff leaders
	Energizes participants with lively workshops tailored to each organization’s needs
	Helps organizations secure the resources they need. Since 1993, Suzanne has helped grass-roots clients raise more than $21 million

Suzanne has worked with local, provincial, national and international organizations in many sectors, including poverty, homelessness, community services, children’s and youth programming, immigrant and refugee services and women’s issues.

She is an instructor in Ryerson University’s Fundraising Certificate Program, and author of Ryerson’s Fundraising Curricula. She has also taken a leadership role on six volunteer boards, and speaks extensively on fund development, leadership and other issues of importance to the non-profit sector. Resume
