Jen Lehr’s father has been diagnosed with stage four cancer. Jen is asking for prayer for her family and especially prayer for her mother.

Izabella Dawn

UPDATE - Izabella was put back on the breathing tube on Sunday, 11/08/09. The doctors are saying that she has pneumonia. Also, the shunt was leaking so she had surgery on Monday to repair it. Please continue to pray for Izabella, Maddison, and the family.

Brayden Boyce

UPDATE- Brayden Boyce, Hope Lowe’s baby, had his second heart balloon procedure on Monday, Oct 26. It did not work as well as they thought it would. He will have to have open-heart surgery within the next two months. The valve will then need to be replaced every five years until he is an adult. Please keep the Lowes in your prayers.

Russ and Sue Sayre

Please continue to pray for Russ and Sue and their daughter, Kim. Pray that the doctors will find the correction medications for Kim’s bipolar disorder, and that a suitable guardian will be appointed for Kim.

Chan Tayler

Chan lives in Lincoln, NE, but many of you know him because he has visited Beth Haven Church for years. Chan would appreciate your prayers as he is going to require a kidney transplant. His sister was going to donate the kidney for the transplant, but has decided not to. Please pray that a suitable donor will be found.

Stacey Johnston

Kent Hillyard, a BHC member, has asked us to put Stacey Johnston on our prayer list. Stacey is Kent’s co-worker and she is fighting lung cancer.

First Year College Students

Jennie Fowler felt that it would be fun and uplifting for our first year college students to receive some unexpected mail. Please pray for these young people as they will be facing the enemy that will no doubt be prowling around to try to shake their faith.

Jennifer Myers

UPDATE - Jennifer received her three year residency permit on Sept 22, 2009, the day she would have had to leave Russia again, had she not received this permit. She would like to thank all who have been praying for this issue, and she is relieved not to have to leave Russia on the 90 in/90 out visa. Now the work can continue uninterrupted, and she is rejoicing in that.

The summer programs are finished, and there were some good results. There were a number of young people, among them a number of young men who believed during the summer programs. Jenni asks that you pray for these converts, that they will continue in the Word and grow in grace.

Thank you for your prayer support. The support of believers’ prayers is easily as important as the financial support. Jennifer appreciates you all.

Sue Sayre is asking for prayer for a friend’s brother. His name is Ricky Mannen and he has been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. His sister recently died from the same type of cancer.
