| The quick-change gearbox pictured above is prototype that lets you cut from 6 to 416 tpi in six 8-step ranges. It requires no change to the 7x lathe and it presents the lathe stud gear and screw gear shafts on its left end so you can continue using any accessories that attach to the left end of the lathe.
