| Notes for WILLIAM REID: Information from family members Cemetary records. William Reid was a Barber. He was known as "Uncle Bill, the Barber" He had a barber shop in Clyde, Kansas as well as in Concordia, Kansas. Annette (Strange) Carroll had a conversation with Don Reid in August, 1991. Don Reid, the son of William's brother Rufus Carwin Reid, told Annette that William (Bill) Reid played in the Clyde, Kansas Band. He played several instruments by ear and played well.391 | ||||||||||
