According to Sharpe, Eliza Miller was born in 1810 in Greenville, S. C. and died in 1875 in Mobile, Alabama. She is buried in Magnolia Cemetery in the simpson family lot
Hibernia Hughes to Sarah Miller 14 Feb 1835: "I received a letter from Cousin Eliza Simpson last week. Our relations in Alabama have all been sick. She wrote me she had been confined some time in December, but her babe was dead born. " |
