| From obituary, Oxford Eagle, unknown date. Miss Lucy Miller, 77, passed away at the old family home in northwest Oxford at 4 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, July 10th. Funeral service were conducted at the home on Friday morning at 9:30 by the Rev. Everett Phillips of College Hill church, with final rites at the family lot in St. Peters cemetery. Mrs. Miller had recently returned home from Ruleville, Miss., and became critically ill only two weeks ago. | ||||||||||
