How does it work?
After an initial free one to one consultation with a team member, we look into your business type and model a strategy to get you the best exposure that your budget will allow, within the publications that are best suited to your business.
How much does this cost? Best Step Media offers different options to suit your needs. Please view the various options for your business.
Option 1)
Retainer fee. This is where you pay a monthly fee to Best Step Media to take over all your advertising needs. The basis of this is when people call you during your busy business hours you simply give them our telephone number and we do the bargaining for you. With this option all your artwork is free with unlimited changes.
Most small to medium sized businesses that we deal with find that the money they save through booking through us, pays for our fees and more. So not only do we save you money we are also actively testing your advertisement response.
When we look at your response measurement we analyse the data and test the method to see if it’s actually responsive enough. We do this by changing your monthly campaigns. For example:
Month 1, Newspaper
Month 2, Radio
Month 3, Direct mail campaign
Month 4, Event (Direct interaction with public, e.g., open day, one off event)
After your campaigns are finished we look at what has worked best for you and then look into other areas of that medium to see what publications, airtime or services (whatever is applicable) might bring you custom. After finely tuning in your advertising and response, we leave you to reap the benefit of what you have learnt from our expertise. Cheaper advertising rates and the reassurance of knowing that you are now putting your money into the most effective form of advertisng.
Option 2)
This works with a one off consultation fee. This option is similar to Option 1 – the only difference is we create the same marketing campaign for you, but you carry out the plan and refer to the report we write for you. Simply follow the guidelines we set out for you and follow the marketing plan.
With this option you get three free adverts made to start your campaign and limited phone assistance while your campaign is running.
No more than 1 hour phone assistance per week; if one of our agents is in your area when you need assistance we can also provide face-to-face assistance at no extra charge to make sure you get the best results.
Option 3)
This is where we use our bargaining power to find you cheap advertising in your area. With this option your artwork is also free but can be chargeable depending on the size of your campaign. We then agree a fee for your advert insertions and artwork and place your run of adverts for you, saving you time and money and most of all getting you cheaper advertising than if you had done it yourself directly.
