Now is the time for all good men and women to come to the aid of the residents in their neighborhoods.

The residents at all HOA meetings must be allowed to voice their personal opinions without fear of reprisals. The neighborhood boards and their presidents need to work together as a group to insure that all issues and concerns, affecting those they serve, are dealt with in an appropriate manner and in a timely fashion .

Contractors, hired by these boards, need to have the proper credentials and licenses to perform their responsibilities to the best of their abilities. If they provide substandard work then they should be put on notice and dealt with accordingly.

Low priced contractors do not equal quality!!! YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET!!!! THE KNOWN IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER THAN THE UNKNOWN. You always have a choice to change to something which is better. If that does not work, then move on to another.

Would you continue going to a doctor who no longer can do his job competently because he has been your doctor for many, many years? I think not.

It is time for the residents in Baywinds to stand up for what THEY want!!!!!!!
