Albert, quite well put !! In the obvious absence of any quality leadership, at least you've taken the initiative to put in writing, what seems to be an excellent solution to our ongoing "work order" fiasco !! The paper these work orders are printed on would do more good in the waste basket !!

C'mon people....read and digest Albert's comments !! If these contractors can't properly manage our money and our community....we'll have to hit 'em where it hurts........in their wallets !!
