Having said that, let me first thank Bernie Amero for the BaywindsLife© website. Whether you agree or disagree with what is out there, it is in fact the only accurate source of communication Baywinds residents have.

Baywinds homeowners are only summoned to meetings that are required by law or when our Boards feel the need to take a "Straw Poll" with regard to issues they can't or won't make decisions on!

I've come to the conclusion that life in Baywinds is not reality.

I don't know if my neighbors are ignorant of the facts or if they suffer from an acute case of apathy.

Well let me tell you, REALITY is just around the corner!

For the promise of a seat on the Master Board, our board presidents have taken each and every resident into the danger zone by unofficially/officially entering into negotiations with Lennar with respect to the Transition/Clubhouse purchase. Their arrogance precludes any sense of obligation and resposibility they have to the Shareholders of this community!

What you are about to see coming in the mail with regard to increases and assessments is only the tip of the iceberg!
