During the early dark days of the American Revolution, my distant ancestor Tom Paine, offered a series of pamphlets entitled "Common Sense" in which he awakened the American public to injustice. Today here in Baywinds it is obvious that we have been the victims of a great injustice and are still feeling the economic effects of that injustice.
Whoever gave Al Tsacnaris the right to spend our money like it was water and never go before the membership of the HOA or its Board of Directors before he had checks written in exorbitant amounts to James Krivok, Esq. for absolute nonsense?
Last week we read about $4,000 in payments to Mr. Krivok for him to stop Bernie Amero from legally looking at our records. This week we find that Mr. Krivok was the subject of a Bar Association Complaint and Al Tsacnaris had the temerity to pay Mr. Krivok $600 more of OUR money to defend this complaint. Who in their right minds ever heard of such nonsense? Couple that with $247 more to stop Mr. Steinberg from exercising his legal right to look at records and we have a total of $6800 and a freight train of wasted spending out of control, with more to come.
Common Sense would tell anyone this was wrong. It would tell Al Tsacnaris that now is the time to move.
