Tomasina Paine's Views on the 5-Story Condos

June 10, 2005

If, indeed, it is true as reported in the news article on the front page of BaywindsLife by Bernie Amero that Lennar could actually "make it happen" (the 3 five story buildings), then I say "make it happen". If by "make it happen", it also makes the 14% increase go away. If it also puts the former clubhouse offer of sale on the table with all its perks, its $500,000 cash incentive, its lawyer and engineering fees paid, its repairs paid, its offer of negotiation. If so, then I say "make it happen".

If it also puts our original documents back into effect as all of Baywinds seems to want, then I emphatically say "make it happen". If it puts an end to the current air of suspicion and divisiveness and hostility that is now rampant, then I say "make it happen". And if, in fact, it beautifies our development and enhances the value of our homes, ESPECIALLY those in Lighthouse Point due to the high cost of these expensive, elevator building condos, then I say "make it happen".

These are my thoughts and I would be interested to hear what other Baywinds residents think and what Lennar's thinking is at this time, after receiving further input from Baywinds.
