Ron Pollock's Viewpoint About Homeowners' Lawsuit Against Baywinds

July 21, 2008

Back in April of 2006, Ron Pollock, a Sapphire Cove resident, sent an email (click here to view this email) predicting that the homeowners who filed the lawsuit would lose and demanding that the Association sue these homeowners for legal costs and costs "that go well beyond that!"

Unfortunately for Ron, the homeowners who filed the lawsuit did not lose the lawsuit. The Association settled the lawsuit and agreed to have these homeowners paid $27,500 in exchange for withdrawing the fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of good faith and fair dealing and various violations of Florida Statute claims against the Association and the original Board members.
