I am against our community having five story condominiums. When we bought (2001), Baywinds
was sold as a single-home development. While five story buildings would not impact me visually,
the character of the area would further change, as it has from the development at the west end .

I also knew that once the homeowners became the Clubhouse owners, our dues would have to increase. Anyone thinking that dues would decrease or even remain the same, didn't do their homework by looking into other established, similar communities.
