Albert Kolkin's Viewpoint on the Lawsuit Against Baywinds

September 24, 2007

Did you all know that the Plaintiffs in the lawsuit against the HOA Board members offered to settle and it was rejected by the insurance companyÕs attorney?

Did you know that the reason he gave was that it was the Òwill of the peopleÓ?

To illustrate the hypocrisy of his position, a current Board member, Max Harper, requested at the April 21, 2005 Baywinds Community Meeting that the ÒpeopleÓ be allowed the option of leaving the documents unamended while still allowing us to purchase the clubhouse; his request was denied. The resulting amendments took voting privileges away primarily from Bridgeport and Lighthouse Point and gave the voting power primarily to Heron and Sailfish Coves.

Please note that Al Tsacnaris lives in Heron Cove and has been the President allowing this lawsuit to go unsettled!

IsnÕt it time that we insist that the Board settle this lawsuit?

Albert Kolkin
