Lennar should tell the truth. Why did they pick these Presidents to lead the Baywinds community after transition? Let us all look at it. The Presidents:

• were the leaders that made the five (5) story condos go away (bad move on Lennar).
• are the ones that have secret meetings.
• are the ones that do not have open meetings.
• are the ones that do not take minutes
• they are not accountable to the residents, because of the lack of written documentation. The Presidents do not deal in writing. Please note, during their "information meetings" the Presidents never provided any written documentation. No agenda ever was provided. The reason for this is very simple, the residents cannot be prepared to ask question when the Presidents present their un-documented "facts".
• are the ones that do not keep the residents up-to-date with cost estimates.

We surely did not vote for the Presidents that do not follow the Florida States Statues? It is very obvious that these Presidents do not recognize the FL State Statutes because of their actions. Most of us voted to buy the Club Baywinds. The Presidents came along for the ride without our vote. Because Lennar wrote the proxy is such a way that we did not have an opportunity to turn down the Presidents without turning down Club Baywinds.

It looks like it was get even time for Lennar.
