At the August board meeting, a resident asked about the status of the lawsuit. The response from the President was "which lawsuit?" The matter was then dropped.

Does anyone know that there are several lawsuits pending against Baywinds? Does anyone care? Does anyone realize that there are other lawsuits coming up? Do all our board members know about these lawsuits?

As was brought out at the last board meeting, we have not had a financial report for months. No board member seems to be aware of this or care about it. Why is that? Who is looking out for you and your money?

Take a good hard look at your board and how it operates by attending meetings.

These people are spending your money. Find out their real qualifications. Don't be mislead by statements about coming from "million dollar companies" or people representing themselves as "tax experts" or "business consultants."
