This situation is becoming scandalous. We have all lived through -Worldcom, Tyco ,Enron and even Watergate. Now, in an over 55 community with many people relying on pensions and social security, living on fixed incomes, and dreading the specter of dues increases, we are confronted with our money being thrown away. This is a disgrace. We as owners in an HOA put our faith in a president, Al Tsacnaris. Now we are faced with our hard earned money being thrown away -- Is there an answer? What is the explanation?
