Oh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive.

Ever wonder what happens when you get a not too bright HOA president who ignores the law and spends your money like water, in secret? What you get is what we got, Al Tsacnaris, an ego driven, unqualified person with your money to waste.

Florida law sets forth that any member of an HOA upon request shall be allowed to inspect HOA records. Yet, when homeowners sent written requests to examine our records, most of these requests were denied. For many months our HOA led by its President, Al Tsacnaris, fought to keep these homeowners from seeing these records. Yes Al spent $4000 of your money -- paid to his pal James Krivok, Esq. to keep these homeowners from seeing our records. Mr. Krivok is Baywinds', Heron Cove's and Al's personal attorney (conflict of interest?).

In the end, one homeowner was forced to file a lawsuit to get to see the records. The HOA was ordered to pay damages and more of your hard earned money was thrown out by Al Tsacnaris. You should realize that the lawyer produced nothing, got paid for non-productive work, knew or should have known the law but, just as in almost everything he touches for Baywinds, blew this one also. Unfortunately, because of his personal relationship with Al Tsacnaris, your money was wasted.

In the following weeks I hope article after article outling the ways in which Al Tsacnaris abused his power and used his position to waste your money and enrich James Krivok, Esq. will be published. Now the truth will be told and you can all see what a disgrace took place under the reign of Al Tsacnaris.
