Edmund Dante's Viewpoint the Master Board

June 28, 2006

Absolutely amazing!! Two weeks ago the attorney for the insurance company representing our "alleged board" lost 90% of his motion to dismiss the plaintiff's lawsuit. Now we are treated to the spectacle of James N. Krivok, a partner in the law firm of Dicker, Krivok and Stoloff, who filed a retaliatory "some sort of defamation case" against the plaintiffs, voluntarily moving to dismiss his ridiculous lawsuit.

Where does this leave the credibility of the 11 members of our "alleged board"? Isn't it time that they faced the reality of the fact that most of the decisions they make are bad and that they obviously are ill-equipped to handle the simple job that they have appropriated for themselves, a job by the way that was done single handedly by Sharon Caputo for several years.

Isn't it time that these 11 read the handwriting on the wall and realized that very shortly their time in this gig will be history? Isn't it time that the residents of Baywinds rise up and kick these people out?

Because they have damaged our community, they have put it at financial risk and they soon will be facing additional lawsuits.
