Those of us who attended the March 22 Master Board Meeting were treated to a spectacle of a board member, Len Katz of Egret Cove, having what can best be described as an uncontrolled fit of anger during which time he lashed out and cursed at his fellow home owners and then proceeded to storm out of the board meeting. I have never witnessed such an inappropriate and vulgar display by any member of any board of directors.

I have heard that this is not unusual for Mr. Katz as he has behaved similarly at his cove meetings. I do not believe that the homeowners of Baywinds are required to put up with this type of behavior and it is for this reason that I believe Mr. Katz should resign from his position as president of Egret Cove and member of the master board immediately.

Mr. Katz should likewise issue an immediate written apology for his actions that MMI should mail to each homeowner in Baywinds. In the event that Mr. Katz refuses to comply with this suggestion, then the master board should take action to remove him from his position as he has shown himself to be unstable, have an anger management problem and be potentially dangerous to those around him.
