I just finished reading the letter sent to the attorney for the Plaintiffs in the Baywinds lawsuit. It is written by the HOA attorney in the first person, but it is signed "For The Board". In my opinion, it contains a threat, or maybe worse. Who is threatening these people? The attorney or our HOA Board on the attorney's behalf? Think about the amount of money demanded - such an insignificant figure for damaging an attorney seems absurd, in my opinion. Shame on the Board for encouraging such tactics. Of, if they did in fact participate, they should apologize to the community.
