There appears to be a pattern emerging on BaywindsLife© Residents are finally raising their voices to complain about the situation in our community . The main complaints appear to be about lack of leadesrhip, management and honesty on the part of the Presidents.

As these views continue to be publicized one would think that the Presidents would at the very least answer these criticisms and articulate their position. They have chosen to thus far remain silent. Can it be that they are unaware of the building concern over their leadership or the lack thereof? Or do these people have little or no regard for their critics? Or is it possible that they really have no answers to give us?

Whatever the reason for their silence we should now realize that the wrong people are in the wrong positions and we should seriously begin to give thought to replacing them.
