The Baywinds Club Proposal Report was very informative and was presented on a factual basis.

It is really too bad this report was not published prior to the vote. However, it is my understanding that the 12 presidents will only be the master association for a year and then..........I am not sure what is supposed to happen. I understand that new elections will take place a year after turnover.

It is unfortunate that our choices were limited by Lennar. If we turned down the proposal, our ability to purchase the clubhouse & get rid of Lennar might not be possible at this time.

Let us hope that, once we are on our own, we can put our house in order with proper representation for all and have a HARMONIUS COMMUNITY.
