The primary purpose of this section of  BaywindsLife is to report important, but generally unknown, Baywinds information to the homeowners in the hope that we can put an end to bad practices and avoid repeating costly and time-consuming mistakes.

WARNING: The reporting of feel-good information will be left to official Baywinds communications. If learning about the not-so-feel-good information of Baywinds upsets you, then you should consider avoiding reading the contents of this section. However, remaining ignorant of our problems will not solve these problems or make them go away. Remaining ignorant of our problems is only likely to make our problems worse. In addition, failing to learn from past mistakes will only lead to repeating the same mistakes in the future. Remember, "Those who cannot learn from history are doomed to repeat it."
