Beginning in 2006 and continuing until the end of 2007, it appears that Al Tsacnaris illegally attempted to prevent residents from inspecting Association records. As a result of Al's failed attempt, the Association wasted $3,000-$4,000 in avoidable legal fees as well as precious Property Manager and Board member time fighting these legitimate requests.
