Mr. Krivok charged the Association $1,000-$2,000 to prepare a bar complaint against attorney Cathy Lively in response to her being the Plaintiffs's attorney in a homeowners’ lawsuit naming Mr. Krivok a defendant.

Mr. Krivok was successful at convincing Al Tsacnaris that Baywinds should reimburse Mr. Krivok for his time preparing this bar complaint. It does not appear that this bar complaint was ever filed thus this $1,000-$2,000 appears to have been wasted except that Mr. Krivok got paid for his time preparing it.
