On November 15, 2006, Dr. Amero filed a bar complaint against Baywinds' attorney Mr. Krivok for, among other things, Mr. Krivok's filing and then withdrawing his frivolous lawsuit against Baywinds homeowners. While Mr. Krivok alleges that his lawsuit was not done at the direction or for the benefit of Baywinds, Mr. Krivok nonetheless charged Baywinds $600 on December 12, 2006 for this. Subsequently, Al Tsacnaris, the Baywinds President at the time, authorized and approved this $600 payment to Mr. Krivok basically to defend himself against this bar complaint.
