WELCOME  TO  REGATTA  COVE

This friendly community of 106 single-family homes built by Lennar is located in the southeast corner of the Baywinds development.  Regatta Cove was the first of Baywind’s currently eleven neighborhoods to transition to private ownership.  It is a diverse community in life experiences, backgrounds, and cultures.  We live and work together to make ours a community of harmony and goodwill.  This was evident during the 2004 hurricane season when we struggled to protect ourselves and our homes from the storms that ravaged our area. This experience brought us even closer together.  This bond is celebrated every spring when all our residents gather in one of the cul-de-sacs for a festive potluck block party.

Like all the neighborhoods within Baywinds, a Board of Directors elected by the residents governs Regatta Cove. This 5 member governing body presides over the Regatta Cove Homeowners’ Association (HOA), which meets on the last Monday of each month at 7PM in the Clubhouse.  All homeowners are encouraged to attend these meetings.  It is good to know what is going on in our community.  It is also good to know that dessert and coffee always follow our HOA meetings.

As you browse through this BaywindsLife© website, you will recognize our attraction to this lovely planned senior community.  There are so many activities at the Clubhouse that it is difficult to choose in which ones to participate.  Whatever your interests you will find it here from community service to tennis, from crafting to gaming, and let us not forget the movies and wonderful stage shows.
