The Board of Directors of the Lighthouse Pointe of Baywinds Homeowners Association welcomes you to Lighthouse Pointe at Baywinds via the BaywindsLife© website.

Lighthouse Pointe is a relatively new neighborhood in Baywinds.  Lighthouse Pointe is comprised of 180 attached villas, 32 buildings of 4 or 6 units each built by Pride Homes.

We are located in the northwest section of the Baywinds Community.   Upon entering Baywinds from the main entrance you turn left onto Baywinds Boulevard and take the 4th right onto Galleon Drive, the longest of our three streets.  Your first left is Harbour View Court.  At the end of Galleon Drive is Windjammer Way (the street sign spells it Wind Jammer Way). 

The Lighthouse Pointe at Baywinds Homeowners Association was turned over to residents on January 26, 2005 and the Board of Directors was elected.   Lighthouse Pointe is managed by Wellington Management, Inc. (561) 795-7767.  There are a number of committees and groups of Lighthouse Pointe residents that will set and maintain standards for our neighborhood in order that we enjoy the quality of living we expect. 

Monthly meetings of the Board of Directors will be held at the Clubhouse on the fourth Wednesday of each month unless announced otherwise.  These meetings are open to residents to attend. 

Optimizing communication is a goal of the Board of Directors. An e-mail request to Karen Israel, President, kli821@adelphia.net, will include you in the Lighthouse Pointe e-mail group.  See our Neighborhood page on this website, and check Channel 63 for scheduled events.  Message boards located at both mail locations serve as the Board’s official notification medium to disseminate neighborhood-specific information.  Board of Director meeting minutes will be posted on this website and on the message boards.  In the event telephone contact is the best vehicle for the dissemination of information, a directory has been compiled. Inclusion in a published version of the directory is voluntary.

Please note that the Directory section of this website allows you a vehicle to share your name, address and phone number. E-mail addresses can be listed on a separate “page” with your picture, if you like!  If you are currently listed in the Directory, please do an accuracy check and submit additions, corrections, or changes to Paul Helfgott.
