The Harbour Cove neighborhood consists of 100 homes built by Lennar. The model names are: The Carlisle, The Hartford, The Newport, and The Providence. As can be seen in the Site Plan, Harbour Cove has one lake that is surrounded by 34 homes and the other home sites either have Preserve view or back up to other lots or Baywinds Drive.

Harbour Cove has been governed by our residents since 2003. The Board of the Harbour Cove Neighborhood Association meets the third Wednesday of each month at 7 P.M. in the Clubhouse. The Board, as stated in our documents, governs Harbour Cove. As residents of Harbour Cove, we agreed with these documents upon purchasing our homes. Like all other communities in Baywinds, Harbour Cove is also governed by the documents of Baywinds Club and Baywinds Master Association. As homeowners, we are members of Club Baywinds and enjoy all the amenities provided.

Harbour Cove, as part of Baywinds, offers its residents a beautifully landscaped active adult community. Any additional outside changes such as landscaping and screened in areas can be added with the approval of Harbour Cove’s Architectural Control Committee. Homeowners are required to complete an application for alterations prior to any changes to the outside of their homes.

Harbour Cove residents actively participate in community activities such as Baywinds Community Emergency Response Team (C.E.R.T.) and Citizens Observer Patrol (C.O.P.) both of these programs are sponsored by local government agencies.
