WELCOME TO THE ESTATES

The Estates at Baywinds is a friendly neighborhood of 66 homes built by Engle Homes within Lantern Bay Circle.  This active association of homeowners encourages participation of all members.  There are a number of active Estates committees and groups including a social committee that plans exciting events and trips throughout the year. Engle turned over the Estates to the residents in October 2003.  Like all neighborhoods within Baywinds, a Board of Directors chosen by the residents governs the Estates.  It generally meets on the fourth Sunday of every month at 5:30 PM followed by a social hour at 7:00 PM at the Baywinds Clubhouse.
