The story so far
RedVeg started in Dean Street, Soho towards the end of 2000; we have now expanded into
Gardner Street in the
North Lanes of Brighton as well as an appearance at the Glastonbury Festival
in 2002.
History and the future
From a chance meeting in Vietnam in 1998,RedVeg was born. Richard Garratt and Mark Burrage were both passing through Nha Trang when they met, and after an enlightening exchange of ideas and concepts the company was formed. Now, five years later, the original partnership remains as strong as ever.
The original founding ethics have remained
constant. As much as we at RedVeg scrutinise our food, we also like
to believe that as the company
grows,
our business morals will never be called
into question. |
