Anthem by Ayn Rand
finished 5/19 ........... 20th cent. fiction

Stupid in this day and age. The plot is
standard sci-fi (at least it was 50 years ago). Set in a totalitarian
dictatorship of a dystopian future, a group of men in a seek freedom.
Written at about a 3rd or 4th grade reading level. I think this book is a
treatice of rebellion against communism and at the time it was published preyed
on the Red Scare gripping the US.
