QCHEX SCAM ALERT

Recently Digital Media Kitchen has been placed right in the middle of an extensive worldwide scam.

Crooks armed with DMK's checking account number and bank routing number have been
creating several checks for thousands of dollars at whim utilizing www.qchex.com.

Be assured none of our customers information has been compromised. The crooks were only after one thing: our bank account number.

Thankfully, we have not taken a financial hit like some other victims of this scam. We certainly have spent considerable time scrutinizing our financial transactions and tightening our security proceedures.

DMK has neither in the past nor in the present utilized electronic checks or an electronic
check service for payment on any of our business transactions.

If you have received any of these checks with our name and address appearing plainly at the top, supposedly from us, be advised that the account number that was compromised has been closed.

Our best advice to those that receive these checks either via email or regular mail is:

Do not cash the checks!
Also cut off communication with the scammers that have sent them to you.

It is a scam! Attempting to cash these checks will only entangle you in the scam and you
could loose time and/or money in the process.

For more information on the scam and what to do if you have received a check see the FDIC Alert here http://www.fdic.gov/news/news/SpecialAlert/2005/sa8205.html

Also doing a Google search with the term "qchex scams" will provide even more details.

Stay vigilant and stay alert!

Respectfully,
The Staff at Digital Media Kitchen
