For those who ask, "what do the hour readings on a deck stand for"? well, here is the key that will help:

H1 is the Total Operational Time, and displays the total amount of time the machine has been in the "on" position. This number is fairly meaningless since most everybody keeps the decks running 24x7/365. Drum, tape and thread counts are more vital in determining overall value.
H2- Drum total
H3- Tape Running
H4- Thread count
H12- Reset drum time*
H13- Reset tape time*
H14- Reset Thread count*
("reset" times are after that item has been replaced)
