ESV Bible arrives
True to their word, I received my free
ESV Bible, and gave it to my wife
It was little over a week when I
added the ESV Bible Blog to my new blogroll because they offered to
send me an ESV Bible for it, and the Bible has already arrived. Since I already
had this exact same Bible (I liked it so much I asked for an identical one), I
gave it to my wife. So now we are toting around matching ESV
Bibles.
Not only was it a really cool idea to promote their blog by giving out Bibles, they've also now gotten two free posts out of me for it (and from others I would assume). But on top of that, I liked the Bible so much that I bought another one - this time a snazzy nutmeg filigree thinline - for my friend for her birthday. She's a youth director, so I figured she could use a nice, small portable Bible, and I'm really enjoying the ESV.
