Proposition 65My take on Proposition 65 -
NO
This is part of my ongoing series of posts on
each of the Propositions we'll be voting on. Here is the
original post, with my ground rules for evaluating propositions, my
scorecard and links to each of my
arguments.
Proposition 65 - No Prop 65 seems to have fallen by the wayside. It was written and submitted before Prop 1A was conceived of, and now that Prop 1A is here, 65's supporters are backing 1A. This actually made for the weird situation in which no one wrote a pro argument in the Voter's guide. It also makes for a rather easy call on how to vote - if they couldn't find a single person to wrote an argument for this bill, its time to vote no. Remember our ground rules - no until proven yes. Bottom line: Whether you support local government control or not, you should vote no on this Prop and make you voice heard instead on 1A. Posted: Mon - November 1, 2004 at 08:47 AM | | | | | | | |
