The next big step after painting is the setup of the electrical system. I'd removed the old wiring harness a couple of years ago, and although I kept it, it was never going back in. I thought that I would make a new harness - get some wire and connectors, borrow an old one, and with some diagrams, whip up a new harness. Doug disabused me of that notion - another excellent decision made by people outside the project. (I should probably form a group of outside consultants to make decisions for me...)
