But the stuff smelled. Bad. My wife has a super sensitive nose, which didn't appreciate the resin smell. (Of course I had to do this when it was cold out so I had to keep the garage closed, so the smell seeped into the house.) For me to be still married makes her a saint of at least second degree. Anyway, the temperature (and perhaps mixing ratios) never let the stuff set up. Days later, it was still sort of gummy, and stuck to the mold like glue. I'd waxed the mold with car wax, but that didn't work. In the end, I trashed the whole thing and waited for a couple of years to pass. |
