After fitting the window glass and the filler strip, which spreads the gasket and keeps the glass from falling out, I had a huge gap at the corner of the window. Looking at things, it seems that the whole left rear corner of the car, where it was struck, seems to be off slightly. That causes the window misfit, the large gap around the boot lid, and driver's door misfit. I wish I'd known enough to check all this in the beginning - it's way too late now. |
