forward to sharing the holidays with him. i performed the
bsff technique.

I use BSFF when I start getting frustrated with Samantha's
9 year old habits like never cleaning up after herself. It
works wonders . It is much more
relaxed
and
pleasurable
around the house now.

gone.

My
mother passed away two weeks ago.... I just wanted
to thankyou for introducing (BSFF) to me.
I did work out all my issues through this
process and when she died we were at peace with each
other. She was in the hospital 7 weeks and I
have such wonderful memories, all we did was laugh.

Impressed by the Be Set Free Fast
class which you gave earlier this year. This is something
that definitely yields just incredible results. I had
angioplasty surgery last November and everytime I get upset
or unnerved that my blood pressure can be affected, I use
my key words. My blood pressure has remained quite low.
Also “X” is applying it successfully to ease
any chronic pains that she may
have.

I have been depressed, panicked and more. I do actually
feel happy and unbelievably free of all I was dealing with
for the past several months, tonight.

uplifting. I felt a had relief from a long standing
emotional "hang-up". I also experienced a sense of
freedom and real JOY. I have not felt genuine joy
