knowing, they are downright impossible.
Cash economies are annoying at best. When your
ATM card has been blocked without you knowing, they are downright
impossible.
My bank said they blocked my card in as a precaution because they thought it could have been used fraudulently in India. I used it at the duty free in the airport to buy $12 worth of fags.
Spotted this out walking in Delhi. Beautifully missing the point.
