Failure to bounce back

How do you guarantee something? Announce to the world that you think it isn't so.

By lunchtime yesterday my stomach was in a knot again. After the kids came home from school, I crashed until Hubs arrived. They had pizza, I had Gatorade and toast.

I am very tired of Gatorade and toast.
