Start me up
Pilates again, and a cold has settled
in
I signed up for the next session of
beginning Pilates at the Y. After half a year off, I'm going to feel it, I
fear. Badly. Expect a blog entry full of moans next
Wednesday.
The cold that we all so enjoyed over
the holidays has decided to take up residence in my chest, something that no one
else in the house had the pleasure of experiencing. There's no cough involved,
and an expectorant keeps the tightness down to the point where I only notice it
when I stress my airways (singing, being out in the cold, etc.) I'm not really
coughing anything up and when I do it's clear, so there's no infection involved.
Nothing to do but wait it out, I guess. (Patience, my ass....) My internist
has okayed a hit on Daughter's albuterol inhaler should I need it. Not my
favorite thing to do.
