Nowhere close


One mom, low mileage

Because I counted 1/2-hour biking sessions the same as walking sessions -- 2 miles -- I came nowhere close to the 100 miles, especially after school let out and I became schedule - less. I've been lucky to make it to the Y once a week for something besides Pilates, and my last class for that is this week. But I'm still keeping my weight down and watching my diet (or I was, until I went on a hormone-induced carb binge this weekend. Urp.)

I won't be putting up a mileage goal for the third quarter. Summer will take up the next 6 1/2 weeks (yes, our summer's half over already) and the class schedule at the Y probably won't settle in until after Labor Day. But I'm enjoying the heck out of wearing clothing I couldn't for the last two or three years and having the pieces I was wearing fit a lot better, so you can bet I'll be keeping an eye on my diet, the amount of time I exercise, and my scale.
