Mileage-counting decision
Because biking still feels like
cheating
I'm going to start counting a half-hour
on the exercise bike as 2 miles, rather than the 6 or 7 (depending on how
enthusiastic I am) that I actually rack up. Thirty minutes' walking gets me two
miles, so that's what I'm recording it as. This means I'll have to do cardio
four times a week every week to hit the 100-mile mark. Wish me
luck.
