aka Mexican Wedding Cookies, or Pecan

TeacakesPreheat oven to
400° F.Mix
together:1 c. softened
butter1/2 c. powdered (10x)
sugar1 tsp.
vanillaSift together and stir
in:2 1/4 c.
flour1/4 tsp.
saltMix in 3/4 c. finely
chopped pecansChill dough.
Roll into 1-inch balls (or crescents for Mexican Wedding Cookies). Place on an
ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until set, not brown, 8 - 10 minutes. Cool and
roll in more powdered
