1: Prune appears sad, worn out, and lacking
“excitement.”

2: Prune enjoys short heyday during fat-free craze of the 90s as bakers
discover that you can replace fat in recipes with
prunes!

3: It’s now the early 00s and the prune has once again fallen out of
favor

4: Controversy hits the prune industry. Marketers are called blasphemous for
wanting to rename the prune. The prune has a crisis of confidence when someone
suggests losing the prune moniker in favor of the newer, hipper, dried
plum.

5: The dried plum struts its
stuff.
Scene
6: With its juicy, new name, the dried plum tries on a few tight outfits in
preparation for the
reveal.
The
Reveal: In its new Sunsweet Ones premium packaging, the old prune debuts as the
new, individually-wrapped dried plum. The laughingstock has the final laugh as
people throw Ones into their purses like Hershey’s Kisses. Out of the
bathroom and into the candy bowl; it’s a quintessentially American
makeover
story.
