Day 5 unmolding and storing.

   

The pudding cooked, and cooled down is ready to be unmolded.

After removing the foil, you can see the pudding is darker.
The smell coming from the pudding is wonderful. Very spicy.
The second pudding is cooked and ready for unmolding too.
The pudding is unmolded. The bottom, now becomes the top.
A layer of silver foil, and cheese cloth.
Place the pudding on the cheese cloth & foil.
Sprinkle brandy on the pudding.
The brandy is soaking in.
Cover with cheese cloth, then the foil.
Wrap the foil around the pudding.
I put the used elastics around the pudding to keep the foil in place.
Wrapped and ready to be stored in a cool place.
